At ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT, we follow a
transparent and professional policy regarding cancellations, postponements, and refunds.
This policy is legally binding once a booking is confirmed.
1. Booking Confirmation
- An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.
- Upon receipt of the advance payment, a legally binding agreement is formed between the client and ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT.
- Event planning, vendor coordination, and resource allocation begin immediately after booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Client
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp or Email).
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellation charges depend on planning progress and vendor commitments already made.
- Any payments made to third-party vendors on behalf of the client are non-recoverable.

4. No-Show Policy
- Failure of the client or their representatives to proceed with the event on the scheduled date will be treated as a no-show.
- No refund shall be issued in such cases.
5. Postponement / Rescheduling (One-Time Only)
- The client is permitted only one (one-time) postponement or rescheduling of the event date
- The request must be made in writing and sufficiently in advance
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of dates, vendors, and required resources.
- The advance payment may be adjusted once toward the rescheduled event, subject to vendor confirmation.
- Additional charges may apply due to vendor rescheduling fees, cost escalation, or changes in scope.
- Second or multiple rescheduling requests are not permitted and shall be treated as cancellation, with no refund of the advance amount.
- If third-party vendors do not agree to reschedule, the advance payment shall be forfeited.
6. Cancellation by ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT
- In rare cases where we are unable to execute the event due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting expenses already incurred.
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond
reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government orders or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Riots, strikes, or power failures
8. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
- Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment only
- Cash refunds shall not be provided.
- Refund timelines may vary based on banking or payment gateway processes.
9. Legal Validity
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and
Contract Agreement of ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT
and shall be valid for future reference and legal purposes.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By booking our services or making an advance payment, the client confirms that they have
read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
