Welcome to ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT is a professional event planning, management, and entertainment service provider offering customized event solutions.

2. Services Offered

We provide services including but not limited to:
  • Weddings & Receptions
  • Corporate & Business Events
  • Private & Social Events
  • Stage, Decoration, Lighting & Sound
  • Artist & Vendor Coordination
  • Complete Event Planning & Execution
The scope of services will be clearly defined in the quotation, proposal, or written communication shared with the client

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Event bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Event dates are blocked only after confirmation.
  • Verbal discussions shall not be considered binding unless confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, Email, or Agreement).

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment is mandatory to initiate services
  • The balance amount must be paid before or on the event date, as agreed.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
  • Delay in payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Contract Formation & Mutual Understanding (Legal Purpose)

Upon receipt of the advance payment, ELITE EDGE EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT and the client shall be deemed to have entered into a mutual understanding and legally binding contract agreement
This agreement confirms that:
  • The scope of services, timelines, event details, and commercial terms are mutually accepted
  • This understanding shall be valid for future reference and legal purposes.
  • All written communications including WhatsApp messages, emails, quotations, invoices, and digital confirmations shall be treated as official records and legal evidence.
  • Any changes or additions requested after this stage shall require mutual consent and may attract additional charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • Cancellation charges depend on planning progress and vendor commitments.
  • Vendor advances already paid are non-recoverable.
  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations.

7. Changes & Modifications

  • Any change in event requirements must be informed in advance.
  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client-requested modifications.

8. Vendors & Third-Party Services

  • We coordinate with third-party vendors such as decorators, caterers, photographers, artists, etc.
  • While we ensure professional coordination, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors beyond our control.
  • Vendor-specific terms may apply separately.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, power failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details
  • Necessary permissions, licenses, or venue approvals are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any damage caused by guests or attendees shall be borne by the client

11. Intellectual Property & Promotions

  • All concepts, designs, photos, videos, and creative content produced by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to use event images and videos for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client objects in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
  • We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service execution.
  • Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required for event coordination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making an advance payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be legally bound by them.
